Purple have teamed-up with an experienced voice-over agency to create professional Marketing On-Hold, Voicemail and Automated Attendant (IVR) productions for our customers.
Choose from over 150 experienced voice actors and 350+ backing audio tunes to accompany the production. With very fast turnaround times, the completed audio file(s) can then be uploaded to our Purple Cloud Telephony Solutions, or connected to on-premise telephone systems, to provide informative messages for your callers to listen to whilst on-hold.
This can be completed as a standalone service, or combined with the option of using the same voice artist to record the company voicemail greeting and/or automated attendant IVR menu choices.
