Being a business owner who relys on his phone line hugely, changing to a new supplier is usually a very stressful time, but moving over to Purple Telecom with Dan's help was absolutely faultless, everything from the initial consultation right through to the setting up of the new system. My lettings and property management business has been working with Purple Telcomms for a couple of years now, always ably supported by our Account Manager Dan.
Dan has always been fast and responsive to assist us with our telephony needs, and we are very happy with the system that he hosts for us.
Recently we have been using additional features of the phone system, and Dan's support has helped us to better understand and fully utilise these.

Fantastic service from Dan at Purple Telecom. The VOIP solution he recommended is perfect for my needs, and we have seen call volume increase through having a landline number as opposed to just a mobile.

We've been a longstanding client of Dan at Purple and we've always been highly impressed with the level of support received. Recently Dan contacted us to suggest an upgraded system which would save us money - a double whammy if ever there was one.
